Sell AI systems to local businesses.
The whole stack is provided. You just run it.

VisionEdge hands you the software, the warm leads, and the demo. You don't cold call, you don't write copy, you don't build the site — the AI does the grunt work, you work the pipeline and close. This page is everything a VisionEdge rep sells, what it's worth, and exactly how a deal turns into money in your account.

What You Sell

Four things a local business actually buys

Every local business has the same wound: leads come in and nobody answers fast enough. You don't sell "AI" — you sell back the jobs they're losing. Price is set per client from what their business can carry; the numbers below are the standard menu, not a hard ceiling.

Flagship

The AI Front Desk (LiveRep)

An AI avatar that lives on their website 24/7 — answers questions in the business's own words, captures the lead, and books the appointment while the owner is on a job.

  • Answers from their website — it can't invent prices
  • Works nights, weekends, every holiday
  • Leads drop straight into the CRM
Setup: $297 / $497 / $897 / up to $1,297
Retainer: $297–$497 / month
Demo That Sells Itself

The AI Website + Spokesperson

A finished, live site built for the prospect in minutes — then a talking spokesperson overlaid on it that greets every visitor in the business's name.

  • Built automatically per prospect — no design work from you
  • Modern 3D local-business layouts
  • Upgrade on close to white-labeled on their own domain
Lead with it free. Quote build separately at close —
standard delivery $997+ (set per client).
Upsell

Personalized Video Outreach

A video that says the prospect's business name and speaks to their exact niche — sent by email or text to warm up a cold owner before you call.

  • Made for you, per prospect, in the outreach layer
  • UGC "selfie" style or polished studio presenter
  • Doubles as a paid-ad asset once they're a client
Bundled into the build — no separate charge to the client; it's what gets you the meeting.
Recurring / Delivery

Full System + AI Receptionist ("Ava")

The all-in build: white-labeled site, the front-desk avatar, a phone receptionist, the CRM with follow-up automations, and monthly management.

  • Multi-page site on the client's own domain
  • Ava answers calls, texts back missed callers
  • Pipeline, reminders, review-requests automated
Setup: quoted (multi-location / multi-channel)
Retainer: $497+ / month
How you name a price (the script, memorized): ask four things — what one job/client is worth, what they already spend on marketing, how many locations/calendars/techs they run, and how tech-savvy they are. That tells you what they can carry. Never say the price alone. Say it beside the cost of one lost lead, after you've made them answer "what's one customer worth to you?" Then name it once and hold.

The Stack You're Handed

~100 programs do the work. You drive the deal.

Each tool below has a fixed job in the chain. Badges marked "Run for you" are operated by the agency or the AI — you use the outputs, not the software. You only get a login where it says so.

GoHighLevel
Back office · Your login

CRM, pipeline, texting, booking, and checkout. Every lead you touch lives here. The account is created for you and you're trained on it.

Command Agents AI
Lead hunting · Run for you

The AI agents (Jessy & Jessica) find local businesses with weak or no websites, start the conversation, and hand you warm names.

Cinematic Sites AI
Website factory · Run for you

Auto-builds a finished demo site for each prospect in minutes — the thing you screen-share on the call.

CueVue
Live Avatar / LiveRep · Run for you

The interactive avatar that chats and books on the client site. It's the flagship product you sell.

Synthesys AI Studio
Video & avatars · Run for you

Makes the presenters, UGC personas, voiceovers, and talking-head videos used in outreach and on client sites.

CastAI
Deploy layer · Run for you

Drops the talking spokesperson onto any website with one snippet — the "wow" on the demo call.

PersonAIble
Video outreach · Run for you

Personalized video messages at scale — name-in-the-video warm-up before you ever dial.

My Local Agency
Client delivery · Run for you

Where a closed deal gets delivered: the 9x12 website system and the "Ava" AI receptionist.

Stripe
Payments · Agency-held

Already connected to the agency. When a client pays, the money lands in the company account — you never handle it.

The Play

From a name on Telegram to money in the bank — 7 steps

This is the loop you'll run over and over. You own steps 4 and 6; the machines own the rest.

1
A lead gets found for youThe AI agent surfaces a local business with a weak site — no chat, no booking, slow response.
2
The demo gets built for youCinematic Sites spins up a real, live version of their business in minutes.
3
A warm outreach goes outA personalized video or email — with their name and niche — opens the door.
4
You run the demo callYou screen-share their own business, live, with a spokesperson talking to them. It sells itself — you guide, you close.
5
"Yes" lands in the CRMThe deal becomes a GoHighLevel opportunity, tracked stage to stage.
6
You send the payment linkOne link or order form. Client pays by card. Money hits the company's Stripe — you get commission, not the headache.
7
Delivery builds itselfThe client gets their site + AI receptionist. They're a reference for your next close.

How You Get Paid

Commission on collected cash. That's it.

You don't need your own Stripe account, and you never touch the client's payment. You send them the company's checkout link; the money lands in the company account; you're paid commission on what actually clears.

40%Commission on collected setup + retainer, from your first sale
50%Steps up after your first 10 closed deals
16 & 31Paid the 16th and the 31st, on collected funds
$0You buy no software — every tool is provided
What a good month looks like: close three of the standard builds at a $897 setup and $497/mo — that's roughly $1,076 in setup commission in month one and $596/month recurring on those three alone, stacking as your book grows. Recurring is the point: you get paid again for accounts you already won.

Housekeeping: you're an independent contractor, not an employee — that's spelled out in the commission agreement you sign before you start. Commission is paid on collected funds, so you're never paid on a card that bounces.

The Rules That Keep You Out of Trouble

Non-negotiables

Break these and the deal dies or the account gets flagged. They're here so you never guess.

Business owners only

Your SMS/text outreach goes to businesses — never to individual consumers. Keep your list B2B.

Disclose the AI

The avatar is labeled as AI, always. It can't be hidden — and telling the client up front kills the "will it lie to my customers?" objection.

The avatar can't invent prices

It speaks only from the client's own website. Their published prices are the source of truth. Say this on every call.

Never quote a price alone

Always beside the cost of one lost lead. Name the number once and hold — don't open low and try to raise it later.

You don't touch the money

Client payments go through the company's checkout link only. You never collect cash or card details directly.

Every lead in the CRM

If it isn't in GoHighLevel, it doesn't exist. Log the stage and the follow-up — that's how you get paid accurately.

Straight Answers

What people ask before they start

Do I really not cold call?

Correct. The AI agents source and pre-qualify local businesses with weak websites and start the conversation. You work warm and inbound names — people already showing interest. Your job is the demo, the follow-up, and the close.

Do I have to learn a pile of software?

No. You learn one thing well — the GoHighLevel CRM — because that's where your pipeline and your pay live. Everything else (the site builder, the avatar, the video tools) is run for you by the agency or the AI. You use the outputs, not the tools.

What do I bring?

Real sales experience — B2B, agency, local services, or high-ticket — and comfort in a pipeline (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive — any of them). Plus the self-starter gene: nobody is standing over you. You take the ball and score.

Is there a base salary?

This is a commission role with strong recurring upside — the posting lists earning potential of $70K–$120K+ for producers who run it. Exact base/commission terms are confirmed in the offer and the commission agreement before you start.

How fast until I'm selling?

You're added to the CRM, given the product training and the demo, and handed your first warm leads. Most people are on calls within days, not weeks.

Does my client keep working if I leave?

Yes — the systems are the agency's, so the client is served whether or not you're the one on the account. That's also why your recurring commission is tied to accounts you won, per the agreement.
